This recipe makes 4 servings and uses 3 cups of shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. That's it. No other ingredients needed!

WHAT YOU NEED
3 CUPS shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese - some finely shredded, some coarsely shredded, combined
MAKE IT
HEAT a frying pan over MED-HIGH heat
SPRINKLE cheese in thin even layer so all of surface is covered
CHEESE will start to bubble and break down into semi-liquid state. If pan starts to smoke, turn down heat to MED
WHEN CHEESE has melted together, slide it out onto a large plate
LET it cool for about 1 minute then break apart into chips
DELICIOUS!
